First, if you haven't already done so, ask him/her out on a date. If it's gone a little bit further than that, tell him/her how you feel. If it's an issue of lust, try a subtle game of seduction (a soft touch on the arm, entering into their personal space, a confidant gaze that conveys "you will be min", etc.). Just come out and tell them u have nothing to lose. Its possible that they may not feel the same way, however its possible that they do, the only way to find that out is to tell them, or write them a note, or an e-mail, if u think u can't deal with saying it to their face.
