It doesn't fit together (to my mind at least). SÃ£o means “healthy”, a doenÃ§a means “the illness” and e o medico means “ and the doctor”. What does all that add up to? It's Portuguese, by the way.

Is this a sentence (without sense, as our friend said...) or part of one ? If is the second option, for example "the important things SÃO ... this word can be translated as present of verb to be, plural (are). Put more details, if possible.
