So I seriously doubt that you are truly ugly. Being clean is a very good thing. Good teeth are a great thing, esp. if you use them often in sincere smiles. That is one of the things that catches my eye the most in a guy. I love it when guys smile and look like they are enjoying their life.
For the guy I am personally looking for, this is a list of stuff I like.
He will respect people and listen to their opinions while not yielding to wrong ideas. He will treat his girl the same way around his friends as he treats her around her mom and dad. He will laugh. He doesn't act like a dress shirt is torture. He will treat little kids like they are people too. He can maintain intelligent conversations with people who are older than him. He can listen intently and give semi-wise advice when asked. He holds doors and helps with coats. He might hold hands in public every now and then. He can maintain eye contact in conversation.
Maybe it sounds old-fashioned, but these are characteristics of the men I admire and love most in the world.
This is just my opinion, others will have different ones, and the girl you are looking for may look at completely different stuff.

Why would u call yourself ugly? stop that right now...you sound like u have no confidence ..dude..u need to be confident with girls..you are smart arn't you? I am beatiful and I rather date a ugly but smart guy than a good looking and stupid guy...so you do have a lot going for you. come on ...don't put yourself down and don't ever call your self ugly cause you will always feel that. you attact a girl by getting to know her not by the outer looks....i am sure you will find someone in dental school...don';t worry.
Yes nice teeth is a big turn on for me...I love a man who brushes and flosses..my husband does..he has a great smile...so do I!

Nice teeth and cleanliness are of course a turn on. Being a student means that a lot of girls are still immature and very looks-oriented. Give it time, and you will find a girl of your own. Just be yourself. I've dated a very attractive marine as well as an unattractive guy, who I fell for when he helped me out with some stuff that was going on in my life. Just be a genuinely nice person, and you will find a girl soon enough.

You know what.....Why do you think you are ugly? It isn't always about the outside. I have fallen for guys bc of their personality and their way of treating me. Even a cute hairstyle will make you feel better. Nice teeth, and being clean IS in fact a good thing. Hang in there, you will find HER!

I've never really found being clean a turn on as such, I expect a guy to be clean cos its basic hygiene.
If you hink ur ugly then u aint gonna get nowhere dude, u need more self esteem, believe in urself! Just try getting to know girls so they get to see whats inside!

i really dont look at the looks! but if you ask, i'll say that you should probably have light brown hair and straightened, a VERY nice smile (always!!!) a muscular body (that's a big turn on for most girls!!) the clothes you wear might also matter! but for personality, i think it should be very strong! you should be the sweet boy! don't be sensitive! What i like in a guy (besides looks) is that their mature, and responsible. That doesn't mean that you have to be serious all the time, just you have to know when to be funny and when to be grown up. Either than that, respect is a BIG one. Treat her nice, like a lady, and like she's an adult.
