I agree with the previous answer posted for your question. If he has a girlfriend, that puts him into the 'inappropriate category' and even if he dumped her for you, you'd always wonder if the same thing is going to happen once he gets bored. Dating someone you work with is also not a good idea--if it doesn't work out you'll still have to see him. So...I suggest you play it cool, continue your work friendship and consider him off limits for your personal life. Treat this guy as you would want someone to treat your boyfriend if they worked with him. Good Luck

He obviously doesnt love his girlfriend or doesnt want to be with her till someone come along. You. It might sound wrong to say this cause I have a girlfriend but if a girl likes me and I like her I go as far as just doing some friendly flirting.I never go past that, and maybe and this is just sometimes i go out on a date or something like that. But thats about it.just remember that if he does cheat on a his girl then hell mostlikely cheat on you too.

Well be careful, because a guy who cheats is a guy who cheats, he may end up doing the same thing to you.

But his relationship with his girlfriend isn't really your issue. If he likes you and is willing to dumb his girlfriend than that means he likes you more, you shouldn't lose out on the chance to be happy just because she found him first.

You need to be very patient...become his friend and show that you don't like him, but just want to have a friendship relationship. Then as time goes down the road, he'll look up to you as being there for him when things go sour. If they get married, then your gonna have to move on. But of course look for other guys as well that are in your interest.

Look the other way. Think about it, if he is flirting with you while he is in a relationship. What makes you think he will be loyal to you once you get with him? The guy is a douche bag; move on.

don't go for it. think about it, if he has a girlfriend at home and he kinda cheatin on her by hitten on you hes probably not a very faithful guy. its like this, if you had a bf and he's where eva the heck then you hit on a guy at work like mystery coworkers doin how would the bf where eva the heck feel. i mean if you date him and he keeps his gf then akward... or he dumps her theres a 50% chance ex is gonna become enemy and other fitty % chance is he cheats on you or hits on girls when yur not with him. duh, unless you are just looking for sex...

Kick his gf's ass! Jk, don't do that. Try to make a move on him, and see how he responds. Just be wary, he could be looking at you as a potential mistress, and not for relationship potential.
