Try Dragon Elysee restaurant (11 Rue de berri - off the Champs. Elysee) - it is a Thai and Chinese restaurant that has a huge fish tank under the floor with turtles and fish. Meal for two costs about 50 euros.

The view at night from the arc de triomphe is amazing - the lights from the traffic are beautiful and you can see the Eiffel tower.

These are both near where you are staying.

The latin quarter is jammed packed with 'cheap' restaurants and is great for atmosphere but the quality is poor and watch out for the expensive drinks.

You haven't mentioned any art galleries - if you are a Dan brown (or art fan!) you could go to the Louvre and see the mona lisa. The Musée d'Orsay art gallery is housed in an amazing old station and you can eat in a cafe behind the clock.

Have fun!

Don't rely on your spelling to find anywhere.

River Seine, Sacre Coeur, Tower (Tour Eiffel in French)

If you want an art gallery that won't take all day, go and see Monet's Waterlilies in the Orangerie in the Place de la Concorde.

A nice walk down the Avenue de Champs Elysees.

A half hour train ride out to Versailles - see the Palace, hire a bike and explore the Gardens.

Don't go to Eurodisney. It is an evil place.

Hello,

It's getting quite cold in France now, so be sure to pack warm clothes. If you like modern art, you'll like the "George Pompidou" museum also called "Beaubourg", located in a nice area with good restaurants.

Paris is also pleasant to visit if you just walk on the "grands boulevards", and don't forget all the shops!

Also, be careful: most French people are friendly (like me! :)), but the "parisiens" are not as friendly as people of the rest of the country. Some of them tend to think they are superior and have no patience. Especially with tourists.

Have a nice stay!

Go to Disneyland Paris, and the Eiffel Tower, also go to the l'arc de trioumphe, if you have kids, definitely go to Disneyland Paris, maybe you could visit the french coast, also but it may not be a good idea, looking at the European weather. I dont understand your question, but if you visit Paris, go to these recommended places.

What! Paris and no shopping? I presume you are going alone.....
France is famous for two things above all else, wine (as you know) and perfume (as u may have overlooked). Be sure and bring some back -duty free.
