2/3 cup = 1 and 1/3 stick of butter.

I believe a stick of butter is 8 tablespoons. See side of butter wrapper. Also, typically, 1 cup is 16 tablespoons.... so 2/3 cup is about 10.67 tablespoons which works out to 1 and 1/3 sticks

A stick of butter generally measures 1/2 cup. Your best option is to soften the butter and use a measuring cup. You will need to soften two sticks.
