perhaps your gag reflex is strong, you are using a big toothbrush, you are using toothpaste that makes you gag or puke, etc. go figure. the solution follows from the identification of your problem. cheers!

You just have a strong gag reflex.There is nothing wrong or nothing you can do to fix it.You can not controll it and it is going to happen all the time.One thing you can do to make it a hair easyer.You can buy children's tooth brush.It has a small head and makes it more tolerable.

Maybe you have a sensitive gag reflex. I'm not sure about the boogers.

are you swallowing your toothbrush? it's good to brush your tongue but don't stick your toothbrush so far back it makes you gag!!
