I just want to cover the little area of scalp i can see. I don`t have medical problems, nor thyroid problems. I`m not stressed nor sick in any way. Can anyone tell me what kind of results they`d had with these products? Viviscal, tall grass shampoo, hair topia, silica, biotin, nourishair, msm? Which one is the best and where can i find them? Thanks.
Serious reply, please..

I had the same problem..
You have to take some kind of hair vitamin....
Loosing hair is normal but loosing that much so you can see your scalp ,, :( that is not normal at all.
I tried many vitamins (most of which i purchased from Whole food market)... I used hair and nail complexes, i used silica, biotin, and msm. After searching, reading reviews, and trying i found the best products for me.. but doesn't mean those products are the best for you.. You have to try on your self and see which one works best on you.
The Products i liked and use are Hair Revive 5 Natural Defence (it is vitamin complex specifically for hair) and Shen Min Hair Nutrient (this is a herb). Whole food does Carie this products, but you can find them much cheaper on line, www.doctorstrust.com
Also personally i am considering to try Hair Topia, after reading reviews on it i am thinking to try .. After i finished my bottles i purchased recently.

i had the same problem and i found out from my doctor that it was very normal! he told me that about 100-200 hair falls for us every day!You can hide it my wearing a hat (like an accessory!) or else you can fluff your hair or curl it so that you look like you have more hair! you can also change your hair split! that would be a very good way to hide it! yeah, and im using biotin for my hair (prescribed by my doctor!) i can see the results!
