Ok, here is the deal, you get one more hour of "pity party", then you have to stop. I understand how you must be feeling. You need to grab hold of your boot straps and pull them up again! Write down all the good things and all the bad things. Now which ones can you change the soonest, which ones will take the longest. Get to work! oh and hugs to you.

sounds like anxiety to me... I went through that last year. So much stuff going on in my life and I had no control of anything. It was like I had gone to a buffet with a cheap paper plate... eventually I just "lost it". Tell your Dr whats happening, you may need to be put on some time of anti anxiety meds to get you over the hump, to help you think more clearly, clam your nerves. I'm sorry I dont have the magic answer. blessings

Hang on. It's not the end of the world. Can you consult a financial specialist or a friend that can help you understand what you can do to get out of debt? Get a plan. Worrying isn't helping you any so try to relax and figure out what you need to do.

Do you have a house? If you do, you could pull cash out and use it to consolidate your debt and keep some of it in savings to make your mortgage payments for a while to get back on your feet. If not, as a last resort, there is always banruptcy.

I have Been there many times in my life.
After a while I learned to memorize the 23rd Psalm by heart - and now when I even start feeling this way I say this Psalm to myself - and put all of my faith and trust in Christ and Christ provides the answers.
You may think that this is way too simple - and it is - But it works!
Try it! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
Good Luck and Peace be unto you!

Get bankruptcy protection. Find a friend or relative, priest, minister or mental health professional. There are things worse than losing your business.

Worrying and stressing over it isn't going to change anything at all. Put all your problems in GOD's hands and let him handle them. Life is sometimes like rolling dice. Your just have a run of bad luck. Just think positive thoughts and tell yourself things are going to turn around. I know it is easier said than done but you sitting around constantly worrying about everything isn't going to affect the outcome of it...... it's only going to ruin todays happiness. I wish you the best.

Breath........
You've done it before you can do it again....
Think...really think....
Believe in yourself.....don't let it take over you and everything you are doing.
Do you have anyone you can talk too...go for a swim, a jog anything to try and set your mind free.
Then try to think about it......
You have so much on your plate you're letting it eat you alive....
slow down.....find a way to relax and then try to problem solve....
Best wishes

First off get control of your punctuation, second, we can't help you if you don't give specifics.
Sorry you're having such a bad time, I'd like to help.
