Ok here's the deal. You two have had problems and broken up in the past. He is treating you like crap now by leading you on and not following through. Despite the fact that you still have feelings you need to love yourself more and run the other way. I have never been in a relationship that worked after breaking up and getting back together-there is always fear or anger from whatever it was that caused the breakup to begin with. I am sure there are better people out there to date. Mess with his mind and don't respond to his requests for a date, and even better find someone to date so in the slight chance he runs into you, he can see you are happy and have moved on.

Why in the world would you still "love" a halfwitted jerk who seems also to be a stalker? Nobody "does" anything to you that you do not allow, and you should know exactly how to stop it. I suspect that he might have just got the old "heave-Ho" from some very smart woman who discovered he was a loser, so now he wants to come back with his tail between his legs to his old girlfriend. He just feels "rejected" and wants a "fill-in" (no pun intended) till he has time to regroup, reload, and get back in the game
The guy IS a loser. Lose HIM

Well he's playing games even if he actually had something come up some how, he's seeing how you will react to what he's doing I would stop taking the calls for awhile if he keeps calling then he still does care fo you but my guess is he will call for about two weekends and stop. Personally I would move on guys a jerk

Hey girl, stop him his tracks. He is playing with your mind and probably just want to string you along because he is probably lonely right now. He will continue doing this until someone else comes along and you wont see him for another two years. It is okay to still love him but it is time to love yourself and stop dealing with this mess.

After his first no show, you should have been smart enough to realize he's playing a game on you. Maybe keeping you open as a back up.

just remember this... he's an ex for a reason... reguardless of emotions, you booted him out for a reason, remember that...
besides that, if he's making plans with you, then never showing up... make plans with him to meet him someplace public, then never show up... anytime he calls trying to make plans, pick a park, or the movie theater to meet him at... then don't meet him. if he tries calling you when you should be meeting him, don't answer...
hey, he's doing it to you, why not do it back?

mayeb he's just trying to make sure you are still around when he calls you, he may not be ready for anything right now, but just the idea that you still comes when he calls is enough for him right now

That does not sound very nice of him. I think he is just fooling around with you. Trying to see if he can control you.

It sounds like he is an undercover CIA agent. You should probably just avoid his calls.
