Sounds like a migraine, my mom gets them and it sometimes takes a week for them to go away entirely. You can try exedrine, its a mixture of aspirin, tylenol and caffeine, and is made specifically for migraines. If it doesn't go away soon and since you have never had any problems like this before, I suggest you go to the doctor just in case.

It is probably sinus even though you are not having what you term sinus symptoms. I don't know what symptoms you expect but when my sinuses are full and preparing to become infected that is exactly how it feels. Sometimes if I try to take a deep breath through my nose my head will hurt worse when my sinuses are acting up(which they do alot, especially in fall and winter with the dry heat). Try that as a simple test. Also, try a saline nasal spray and see if you get any drainage. If you suspect that is the problem try taking whatever medicine you normally use for it and if it doesn't work, then you've eliminated that. If you are having extreme pressure, dizziness, or disorientation you probably need to see a doc asap. As far as migraines go, it is possible, but not probable if you are not having any other problem. I used to get alot of migraines and the pain was almost debilitating, with extreme sensitivity to light and sound. Good Luck

Ironically, I'm going to say sinus infection because the pain is supposed to worsen with those when you bend over. Remember, you can have pain in various locations across one's face when one's sinuses are involved, not in just the nose area. I think you should see a doctor because living with a terrible headache for that long would be excruciating and you might as well start the meds for it the sooner the better. Good luck.

You have muscle pain, if you can feel a tightening when you bend over. Easiest way to help, get someone to GENTLY massage your shoulders and the neck, but have then stay away from the spine. Most of the time a headache means a tight neck. Also, there are tiny muscles on the scalp, and not only can it help, but it feels REALLLLLY good to have someone rub your scalp.

Sounds like a sinus infection. Try taking some Aspirin (real aspirin, not Tylenol). If that doesn't help, go to the doctor.

Had the exact same thing a couple weeks ago. Two visits to my chiropractor fixed it. If you are having nausea, vomiting or visual disturbances, dizziness with it you should be seen by a physician.
