Forward this to the Internet Fraud Complaint center at WWW.IC3.gov. Asks for way too much personal info and sounds too good to be true.

advis the yahoo that they are being used as a probable scam to get cash and or ID from you by asking all these questons and it is from the UK. Also you should inform the RCMP as there are a lot of international identity thefts going around too. You are asked at first to respond to the ticket crap and then to send personal info IE: name DOB bank and or Drivers lic # etc and to possibly meet some jerk at a location to allow them to copy your papers to prove that you are who you say you are..All a scam to get ID at your expense I am afraid to tell you..Do your bit and report this ASAP to the RCMP or to the local Federal investigations dept, FBI, if you are in the USA.

Report it to the FBI Internet Crimes Division. They have a web page that you can go to and fill out the information.

Report it to abuse at your ISP. For example "abuse@aol.com"

They are phishing to steal your identity.
