Set some goals. There are 3 things needed to be successful; 1 You have to want to have or be something (set a goal)
2 You have to be coachable (listen to successful people)
3 You have to be willing to go through the ups and downs (not every day is going to be the same, just know that it's just all part of the way it is.

Do these 3 things and you'll be more energetic.

Make a "To Do" list each day. Each item must be checked off by a certain time.

Only way I know how to do it. I'm a stay at home dad, so it's not so much laziness with me but rather just too damned busy trying to juggle 3 kids and regular home stuff like laundry, bills, etc...

A list of things I have to get to that day has really made a huge difference.

Make a list the night before of what you want to accomplish the next day. Maybe start small with just a couple of things. Cross them off your list as you complete the tasks and rejoice in your awesomeness!!

Start by getting off the computer. Then make a To Do List for yourself and get to it! Reward yourself by allowing play time after you've accomplished a certain amount of things on your list.

Get up, get out and get fresh air. Take a brisk walk, hike, ride a bike, fly a kite, go some place to bird-watch.

Tomorrow may never come.................. so get up and enjoy life and take care of what needs to be taken care of. Procrastination is the execution of motivation.

haha... yea i have that problem too... peer pressure works though. tell you friend to come over at a certain time and do something. when they're acually there waiting for you to go, its harder not to go. especially when you're doing something you enjoy
