Chips (fries) with cheese grated on them while they are hot so that the cheese melts then covered in thick gravy. Yum yum i'm eating some right now.

cheesy chips with gravy is the way forward!!!! I LOVE THEM!!! especially good when you stumble in at 3am with the munchies....................
AND I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE!!!!

Yes, I've seen them around. Kentuky fried Chicken offers mashed pototoes with cheese and gravy, new here. It sounds like a lot of calories to me, but I bet it is good.
I miss their gravy, it was chicken, and was thick and good and tasted like the chicken original recipe. Now they have brown gravy that tastes like it came out of an envelope. Sorry KFC, but it tastes like the envelope. Wish they would have the original gravy with the cheese. Yum, and what's a few more calories, when that dish already has millions!

What kind of gravy do you use because I am picturing like beef or turkey gravy and that sounds not too appetizing, but I do like cheesy fries with chili

Yes! I eat them all the time, and there is a burger joint nearby that sells them, they call them wet fries. The Hat, it's the best! Also while at buffets i have mashed potatos topped with fries and brown gravy. YUMMMMMM!

I've had cheese fries but I've never had them with gravy. I've had them with chili, but never gravy. I should try that sometime.
