Im asking becuz theres a no-pets policy but I really want a dog and I would give him attention and wouldn't neglect him but theres a policy for no pets allowed. And I was wondering if he would bark when Im not there (school). Or do puppies sleep all day or is that cats?

some do and some don't ..i have 8 yorkies and their all different....you don't want to get evicted over a dog or you might need to move where you can have pets first.i know you would love it though...mine are all too cute and wouldn't trade them for anything.i breed them if you ever want a puppy..let me know.

Yorkies do bark, my mother has one and goes nuts when she is put in the kennel. If you have a no pet policy in your building, do not get a pet period. If you're found out you will have to get rid of the dog, and there may be penalties for having a pet when you aren't allowed to have one.

If you can't give a dog what he needs , don't get one .
Simple .
Dogs don't bark if you teach them not to .
My dog doesn't bark , unless it's something out of the ordinary she hears or sees .
By a book called " Cesar's way " .
Available in all the book stores .
Cats are better if you can't spend the time with a dog .
They are sweet too .

Yorkies are notorious for their barking, as are most small dogs...I wouldn't get one until you move somewhere where they are ok. What would you do with it if you get caught? Take it to the pound?
