When I press left and right in excel it moves the whole page not just the cell?

When I press left and right in excel it moves the whole page not just the cell?

I'm not sure what I did but when I press the arrows keys on my keyboard it doesn't move the cell I'm in it moves like the entire worksheet I guess you would say. Does anyone know how I can set it back?
