let me tell you this...I dated a bartender once, he loved to flirt too cause it made him money and made him feel important...I talked to him about it and told him that if he was serious about me and him, then he needs to tone down the flirting because its disrespectful to me...that bartender and I are now engaged to be married next year and he no longer bartends...if she truley thinks things between you and her are serious and going in the right direction, she doesnt need to give out her number, and care what other guys think of her because she is coming home to you. thats all that should matter. i think you should tell her how you feel because it sucks keeping all that pent up inside wondering how many guys think shes hot, and how many of them are going to call her later...hope i helped

You gotta be secure in your relationship with her if you want it to work... A bartenders job is to flirt to bring in all the customers which means more money... She wants people to THINK she is into them even though it's all about the money... Be supportive and it'll all work out...

flirting is part of the job detail.......giving out your number well that's not only stupid and immature that's dangerous.........especially when you already have a love interest........i seriously hope you are not paying her bills.......if you are i think you are being used till something she considers better comes along....i would definitely just dump her i mean would she tolerate you giving your number out to girls.....i doubt it....and if she would shes just not that concerned about you moving on....you can do better then that.

i concure with the answers you have received and suggest that if you feel even the least bit either threatened or uneasy with the way she handles herself at her job at the bar mention this to her and ask her to consider your feelings... then i suggest you move on if she cant deal with what you have told her... cause if she cant do that for you then well you most definately deserve better...
