1. STEAK (MED) WITH SALTED MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS, BAKE POTATO WITH SOUR CREAM AND CHIVES WITH A NICE TOSSED SALAD.
2. CHICKEN MARSALA WITH GARLIC POTATOESS AND STRING BEANS.
3. PORK SHOULDER WITH MACARONI AND CHEESE, FRESH COLLARD GREENS POTATOE SALAD AND CORNBREAD.

Liver and onions with loads of cat sup & Louisianna Hot Sauce, Okra Gumbo, a big Chef Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing, and French Bread Pudding with cream sauce, and a big glass of ice tea! Bring it On!!!!

It is Pear pork stirfry it's easy to make and very healthfull if that matters but mostly it is just plain good.
