Just by him acting strangely. Doing things he wouldn't normally do. Like not calling, making excuses, and not spending any time with you.

If ur b/f starts to be distant from u that right there is a VERY big sign that hes cheating on u. I would say that if he starts to slack off with things he does then that would be a sing, but guys always slack off. doenst mean that they're cheating on u. how do u expect a guy to give u flowers everyday, and everything else. and if the guy did cheat on u, then that means that he really didnt love u as much as he should.

If he is cheating on you, he might love you, but he is not "in love" with you. Very different. Consider getting a new boyfriend.

If you see him in bed with another woman or man, then he is cheating on you. And if you have to ask then he doesnt still love you.

If he's cheating on you, he isn't loving you. If you have to ask about the cheating, then you probably already have your suspicions.

if you think he is cheating on you go to either oprah or jerry or maury....and just sit down and talk to him and ask him if he is cheating on him...but if you find panties in his jacket that are WAY to big then you know he is having an affair with another MAN!!!!! well thats all for now folks....BUH BYE

his attitude changes, going out and staying out to late, breaking your dates, talking differently on the phone when you are around.
don't think that he still loves you because if he did then he wouldn't be meesing around.
