i have given him almost everything...things for his car, perfumes, jewelry, clothes, money...i ran out of ideas, doesnt matter how much it cost..any ideas????

Are there any concerts coming to your city, that may interest him, or sporting events? Don't give $, that's just tacky.
You could also make his gift an experience, not an object i.e. go to a hotel for a night and order room service, or treat to dinner at his favorite restaurant. Or take him to go indoor rock climbing
Also, there's nothing wrong with saying "Hey, I need some suggestions for your x-mas gift"

Something unique. Maybe he's always wanted to go up to a nearby lake or camping ground. Maybe he wants to go to an amusement park. Listen intently to him and try to think of creative gifts. It doesn't have to be material. One of the sweet things you can do on Christmas Eve is light a few candles, put on some mood music and a sweet (or naughty) little Santa's Helper outfit and fulfill one of his fantasies. That's a gift he'll definitely remember!

Give him a good home cooked meal and a nice bottle of something and a lot of attention.Some times that`s more then money could ever buy.Love go`s a long way.I would put money on it that he`ll remember that for a long time and you will to.

This time I say make it different, don't spend an arm and a leg. Make things a bit more meaningful, make him a car, make him a gift. chances are he'll appreciate it a whole lot more.
