Go on the web, type into the search engine, buddism, and you will see all the links listed. Choose what you want to look at for info. It's that simple.

Are there any vegetarian restaurants where you live? You can ask if they know any Buddhist groups in the area. or look in the phone book or newspaper. Our newspaper has religious info on Saturday, including some of the Buddhist groups and their meeting times.
