Really there is a variety in all foods. By Asian you can have Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, sushi. Mexican can be TeX Mex, Central Mexico, Coastal Mexico. And so on for all the nationalities.
I always find that it's great to have an open mind and try different restaurants and foods. Think outside the box and enjoy all the delectable delights that each country can provide.

Not sure what you mean--do you mean online cookbooks or concentrations of restaurants? A good online cookbook is www.epicurious.com. For eating if in the US go to New York for variety....
