if u work with your hands especially in assembly lines etc they can develop calluses an blisters. I would try at home to purchase pure Shea butter and put it all over my hands. do u know in the olden days ladies use to wear white cotton gloves to bed. well really lather on Shea butter or hydrating lotion, put the white gloves on and go to sleep. You have to do this for quite awhile, you can even start soaking, using a pumice stone and rinse and pat dry. Then but Shea butter and white gloves. Your hands will be so much more softer and hydrated. Same if your feet are hard and dry.
