Using a simple value for the square footage of 1 square foot equals $150. The house would cost approx $330,000. Note this does not include a foundation or basement. Typical builders charge between $130-240 dollars per square foot. You should be able to adjust the equation to reflect your locational building rates.

I've been doing this all my life, I would guess about 220,000.00 plus it would run about 20,000.00 for the basement. This does not include the furnace, aid-conditioning, where ever you put this house, the country, a well can run upwards about $40.00 a foot plus. And extras. A soft water system if needed, then we have the landscaping to think about. You might want to have someone else give you a price on this, it would require someone from the area your working in. Any extras of course would be extra. This would all be fluid, depending on the area, the codes, etc.

Call a Local Realtor in your area. Realtors have to look at more then just location, it's solds, what type of shape the house is in, land attached or not, and etc. They'll be able to get you the most accurate number.
