I dont' believe in heaven and hell, but I know that it probably came from the whimsical look of the clouds (heaven) and the firey heat that exists in the cores of Earth (hell).

Well, sure.
1. You see that heaven can not be on earth because (1) Every part of earth has been discovered including the deep under the sea or ground and, (2) There is no such hint in any of the religious books known to the mankind that heaven is on earth, (Some books hint about Eden and people comment that it is near Iraq, ie, The country of Eden, but no proof)

2. When you talk about something supernatural, it is always believed that it has to be from space or outer world.

3. Some of the religious scholars suggest and also find it in some religious books like Koran that heaven is in the skies.

But where ever it is, for sure that its open for good people.

heaven has many different meanings like the heavens where birds fly also the place where God resides
If you believe in God and the Bible then Faith enters in ---you believe in the wind but you cannot see it --so with heaven --the place where God resides and angels and those ressurrected

Look at the sky on a starry night and tell me it isnt the result of an intelligent force beyond us.
So, faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for the evident reality not beheld

trying to open peoples mind here is looked down upon by christians, prepared to get ridiculed, lol. however, if you want to analyze existance of heaven/hell, its either spiritual or physical place, if its physica then we should be able to travel there had technology allow, and if its spiritual then how can we be physically hurt without being in a physical place?

heavens were a name given to the "outer space", it was later used as a reference to place of god, as heaven surrounds us and god also surrounds us.

Heaven exists outside the realm of this universe. You really can't point to it, but the sky is the easiest way to point to "out there"

The bible says that Jesus "ASCENDED" up to heaven. Also,
Revelation 12:9 says "The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him."
That's how you know that the earth is below heaven. Next, I'd ask you to just Google it! :o)
