at school they would laugh at everything, before and after they say something, sometime I wanna tell them "darn, settle your happy arses down...."

a lot of times people laugh when they're nervous or are in awkward social situations, or if you're talking about kids/teens they might just be acting overly-silly. there is definetely a time and place for everything, but people have the right to laugh, even if it annoys you.

They are young and silly. I am older and seldom laugh. I am not in a bad mood but it takes something to make me laugh. IF I laugh, everyone is very excited. Think about that.

Ha-ha that's funny. I don't laugh at everything but there is a lot of really stupid things that I find hilarious, things that aren't at all funny.

no i dont laugh at everything . but college life gets dull & depressing if u stop having fun. so its ok to laugh if the other person is not serious
