Pregnancy normally means the beginning of something new, new life, the end of something old.

It shouldn't be taken literally.

If you're really going to do this, you should be like Nebuchadnezzar, and ask for both what you dreamed, and its interpretation. You can weed out the bad answers rather easily when they don't know what you dreamed!

As in a new career, new marriage...

Pregnancy = birth of something new in your life; not necessarily a child.

this usually means fertility, not just as in pregnency, but new things being created. maybe you dreampt that because you need to start something new in your life
