perhaps first adam is adam of earth and "last" adam is the spiritual adam, from heaven.

I am not sure which verse you are referring to. In 15.23 Paul writes that "For as all die in Adam, so all will be made alive in Christ." I do know that in theological works Christ is referred to as the second Adam. I assume this is what is meant by the "Last Adam." It is a metaphor for Christ
One thing that I find interesting about this verse (15.23), are the possible conclusions one can draw. All are dead in Adam because through Adam, sin becomes part of human existence. If Christ takes away the sins of the world, Then one could argue that all of humanity will be saved- universal salvation. I guess the question is, How powerful is the Spirit?

In Paul's second letter to the Corinthians, he refers to the serpent and is afraid that as the serpent deceived Eve, so the thoughts of his readers would be led astray by Satan's cunning (2 Corinthians 11:3). In Romans and First Corinthians he compares Adam and Jesus, and indicates they are both individual men, the heads of two separate races. "As sin came into the world through one man," he said, [by one man]; "and spread to all men, so by one man redemption came (Romans 5:12). If Jesus was an individual, then Adam was an individual, too. Again in Corinthians he draws a comparison between these two, pointing out that we were all born in Adam, and if we are born again, we are all in Christ (1 Corinthians 15:45). He puts the two on an individual basis.

1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.
I will refer you to Romans Romans 5:12-21 for this one. Neither of these passages are talking about extinction. Through Adam we all have sin and deserve death for it. But through Christ (the Second or Last Adam) we are forgiven and have eternal life.

I'm not sure what you are asking.
Yes, we are facing extinction because of being decendants of Adam.
On the other hand because Jesus (Last Adam) is not a decendant of Adam he had eternal life available to him.
Because Jesus lived by the law, and actually earned life. he could apply that life to the decendants of Adam and buy back what Adam had lost.
Jesus gave his "human body" as a burnt offering to attone for our sins, which is why Jesus became a life giving spirit. and why he was resurrected in the spirit.

I'm not sure what you are asking, since you are rambling.
The first Adam brought original sin into the world; because of this taint of sin on each of us, we all have to die one day.
The second Adam is Jesus. He came to remove the taint of sin, so that we could have eternal life. Paul is drawing a contrast/comparison between the curse of sin that the first Adam gave to us, and the gift of life that Jesus gave to us.
What is your question? Seems self-explanatory to me.

The last Adam which is Christ became a life giving Spirit. He needed to pass through death to alive our human spirit so now He has access to His believers, in our spirit. Prior to Christ they needed to bring a sacrificed lamb to the alter but Jesus became that sacrificed lamb so now we just need Him to enter the kingdom

As one poster said to refer to Romans 5- I will post it:
Romans 5:12-19
Death Through Adam, Life Through Christ
12Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned— 13for before the law was given, sin was in the world. But sin is not taken into account when there is no law. 14Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who was a pattern of the one to come.
15But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God's grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many! 16Again, the gift of God is not like the result of the one man's sin: The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification. 17For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God's abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ.
18Consequently, just as the result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men. 19For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
