Ok, in this class I'm in there are these 2 girls. One girl mentioned she used to get tootsie roll scultptures. I made a tootsie roll monster holding a rose and I was going to give it to the girl and ask them to go haunted housing with me and this other guy.
Is that sweet or creepy? We sit by eachother and I think like eachother, but we don't know eachother that well.

It's sweet, if she thinks it's creepy she isn't interested. Go for it, you never know if you don't try.

The tootsie roll sculpture may be a good idea in a one on one setting. If you want to go out with them just straight ask if she is interested you'll find out quick.
