maybe you have dry skin try using some moisterizer in your soap like dove or moisterize with lotion or baby oil at bed time

the itchy red bumps are they hives? or more like poison ivy? could be nerves, stress and allergies. I live with the same symptoms every day can get very irritating at times but the best thing I found that helps me is anti histamines reactons the best. hope you get better soon

It could be stress. Actually it could be anything even severe acne...an abundance of ppl get it no matter what race you are or how healthy you are....You might want to go and get a check-up if you are allergic to something you'll probably need a blood test...

i've had some itchy red bumps on my back and arms,don't know if its the same thing,i use a cream call banophen(comes in a small tube) it clears it up real fast.

Sounds like you are allergic to something. Try taking a bath an Aveno with oatmeal. But you should see your doctor as soon as possible.

you may have caught scabies. a friend experienced the same thing she caught from her roomate who caught it from a tanning bed. just get some stuff from the doc youll be fine.
