Yes but don't expect the flight attendents or airline attendents to do everything for you..take some responsibility, check your bag, be polite, etc...

yes and this is from a wheelchair user

what they do is when u check in for youre flight they check youre baddage and ask if u want to transfer to there wheelchair and check youre wheelchair with youre luggage i dont do it they other option is they take youre wheelchair before u board the plane and they use a smaller narrower wheelchair so it can be used on the plane u transfer and they strap u on if u want i only need some shoulder and hip securment i have a spinal cord injury
i dont have much control over my legs and my middle section but occasionally they will strap youre feet i dont know if they do because i dont feel them and then u transfer to the plane seat and the oposite is done when depoarding so i know its alot but it goes pretty easly but when u fly u got to let the airline know what acomodations u will need if u dont it is pretty tuff trying to acomodate but i never do that it is always good to call

Yes, they are brought on the plane before everyone else. They recieve a wheelchair at the destination airport.

Of course. But if you are flying out of a small airport they wont have as good of accomodations. Call ahead of time and ask questions: Is there a jet bridge? Will there be enough staff to help me? Can I get someone to come through security with me? Can I have someone go through security to meet me at my destination? If there is no jet bridge, how will they get me up the stairs? Make sure as soon as you make your reservation you inform them of your additional needs.

Of course they do! Why wouldn't they? They get wheeled to their seat, get help sitting down, and the wheelchair is stowed until landing, at which point they get help getting into it and off the plane.
