Questionaire, you have to know this that cheating is not about geograhical location, group of people, place or country, it is what individual habit and character.
it is because you never make a research of your country or your society and see for yourself how unfaithfull some people are to there spouses.

What do you consider to be "a lot"...I doubt Americans cheat any more frequently than people in most other developed countries...
People (of any nationality) cheat because they can, because they like the 'danger' (of being found out), the variety (a different partner), and because they don't care about hurting others (among other reasons)...cheating is a completely selfish act....

Because they have no respect for other people, and it's not just Americans, it's people in general. It's seems like cheating is the thing to do in today's world.

Excuse me? You think being American and Cheating goes hand in hand? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! I don't care if you are white, black, brown, purple or orange. Cheaters cheat, not Americans, Mexicans, African Americans, Italians, Philipinos, Chinese, it doesn't matter what your ethnic group is. That's silly. My husband and I are both American and we have never been unfaithful to one another. Get real!

I'm sorry what world do you live in, it is not just AMERICANS that cheat, why don't you go do some reasearch on other country's where some men have multiple wives lovers etc. You need to learn to think before you speak, that is such an idiotic question

It's not only american people..canadian people cheat to..I have 10 close girlfriends all of them have cheated on there man there canadian's.

Beacause they think when they get with someone that everything is fine....then later they discover things that push them away to look for something in another person. It boils down to they haven't met their soul mate. If they did then there would be no way in hell they would cheat. 80% is not enough....you have to be 100% into your spouse to stay faithful.
