First of all "LOVE" is a two way street, you can't be in LOVE with someone who doesn't care for you. YOu CAN be infatuated, you can be obsessive, you can be borderline criminal, but your CAN NOT be in love.
If she doesn't like you, then move on. Grow up and be a man, bight the bullet and get on with life.

I don't know how you can tell her. But I do know that if you don't tell someone that you have strong feelingd for them you will regret it i the future.... You don't want to not say anything and later on in the future find out that she had feelings for you.

You can't be serious! She doesn't like you. Go away! Leave her alone before she gets a restraining order against you. I swear, sometimes I'm ashamed of my gender; ok, not really, but disappointed in the knuckleheads that represent my gender.

Become her friend and let her get to know you then she will fall in love with you. Give it time.
