if the guy I am seeing is attracted to me or not? When we are together he is always finding reasons to touch my hand or my back or to put an arm around me. He kisses my forehead but never my lips. He has kissed me before but it was a really slow one time kiss. I don't think if could have been a bad kiss because he still hangs around and talks to me and wants to see me every day but why doesn't he kiss me?

Some guys are just like that. Maybe he is a little shy to make the first move. Give him some time. Hang out with him more and then see what happens.

This may come as a shock to you, but men are not mind readers, he probably doesn't know that you want him to kiss you more. Either tell him or make the first move, it's that simple.

I think he likes you. He is using body language (touching...) to communicate that. He may be a little shy and scared o ask you out and screw up. If you lie him ask him if he likes you, and if you get him as a boyfriend im sureee hell kiss you...
Plus he may has never kissed anyone seriously

maybe if you really want to, kiss himself yourself. make the move. if you wait for him to again kiss you, it might never happen. i mean what is the problem. if you kiss him and he does not react, oh well at least u got one more kiss in there. but if he does react, even better for you

He is seriously just shy.
He definetly wants more.
If you really like him you should try and get more flirty and touchy, feely with him and he will end up making a move.
Don't be to aggressive though because you may scare him.

maybe he's just takes relationships slow. he doesn't want to move to fast for you. if he wants to see you every day hes not doing it for nothing especially if he doesn't kiss you like you want him to. maybe you should talk to him about it.

Have the "talk". Just share with him your feelings. If he can't deal with your feelings, then you were probably meant to be no more than friends, although as a good friend he should be able to talk to you about whatever he is feeling.

Probably, he may be shy, or just seeing how far he can get with you. Flat out ask him, then you will know if he is what you want and you won't be wasting your time.
