If you are able to get it through security - and many airports & governments no longer allow that right now - or if you purchase it in Duty Free then you can take it on board the aircraft.

However, you will not be allowed to consume it on board.

I am not sure though if you can get the crew to serve it for you - I get the feeling this wouldn't be permitted either - but you can take it on board the aircraft itself.

I would recommend you check with your airline though.

Only if you buy it in the airport past the security checkpoint.
Check it on.

Travelers will now be able to carry travel-size toiletries (3 ounces or less) that fit comfortably in ONE, QUART SIZE, clear plastic, zip-top bag through security checkpoints.

(2) Travelers may also bring beverages and other items purchased in the secure, boarding area on-board the aircraft.
