I have been wanting to go on mission trips for a while but i dont have the money to Go, I work full time in a ministry and dont get paid. ( I work for room and board)
My question is do you have any advice on getting funding for short term trips?

Your church should be able to help you out, usually churches ask the congregation to help out the missionaries, but you can go person to person in your church and tell them that you are trying to go on a mission trip and can't afford it maybe they can help you out. I went to Costa rica a few years back on a mission trip It was great...I hope you find the funds to go good luck
