This just shows that the democrat 'leadership' is made up of liberal elitest snobs. This comment just shows their disdain for the men and women of the military. You know he is not the only one that thinks this way.
Sickening.

He was going for a laugh and didn't think about the consequences of his hurtful remark.

I will defend his right to be a jerk, however, in the name of free speech.

I only wish we could find a respectable anti-war advocate. Besides, George Dubya says silly things all of the time and people have started ignoring it. You know, some little non-sequitor, a little pithy comment about there being al-quaeda in Iraq or weapons of mass destruction or somesuch. Or saying he never said "stay the course". No big deal. I guess the trick to getting by with the press is to be an idiot all the time, not most of the time.

Yes, Kerry was a bad boy.

John Kerry mistakes anti-war sentiment for anti-soldier sentiment. This war isn't like the Vietnam war where people not only hated the war they hated the soldiers who were fighting it. He thinks he is giving people what they want to hear but he is completely off base and he would be wise to fire whoever is telling him to say these things.

John Kerry has a lot of liberal democratic supporters who believe his story that if we just make nice and give everyone lots of money then they will love us and leave us alone...
And we will be safe like we were on Sept 11, 2001...

I think his comments were very hurtful, and totally inaccurate.

Is it possible he misspoke and was talking about Bush? Doesn't seem very likely AT ALL, especially given Kerry's history of trashing his fellow soldiers.

I honor everyone who wore the uniform of our military. But there are exceptions. (Timothy McVeigh is one.) Kerry apparently lost, or never had, the respect of our fine men and women serving in the military. I'll defer to their judgment on this.

Kerry is a despicable, low-life, lying, power-hungry spoiled little rich boy.

And he actually expected veterans to vote for him after what he did during the Vietnam era! Shows you just how utterly deluded the Democrats have become about the world.

So we're supposed to take the word of you and Ann Coulters evil sister that Kerry disrespected the troops? I know what he said and he was right.

Somehow I think he thinks it will work for the nutroots.

He will NEVER be elected to anything again. He is a embarassment to the American people

Maybe he's recalling his military service and thinks that today's troop are the same!

Oh, like I'm supposed to care about something on Michelle Malkin's personal website? She's about as bad as Coulter, and they're both worse than Dr. Jekyll.
