Yes, you can. My boyfriend passed several bladder infections to me. A woman's urethura is only about 1" long. It's exceptionally easy to pass a bladder infection to a woman that he is sexually active with.

No. A BLADDER infection occurs when pathogenic bacteria is exposed to the urethra and moves into the bladder, where it grows and colonizes. Usually its the toxins from the bacteria that attack your body's cells and make the infection painful. But, in order to make sure that you recover properly from the infection, you probably shouldn't have sex until after you are finished with your antibiotics.

No but you could have a urethritis due to some orgasm transferable to her, unless you are under treatment.
