It takes a great deal of knowledge to be a personal Trainer, a knowledge of Training Techniques, Strengthening and Eating plans and that's just the tip of the ice, and most importantly you yourself have too be all that and more before you can train someone else.
Try going to a book store and picking up some books by Chris Carmichael and other Personal Trainers and find out what kinda job it is, Good luck in your pursuit.
