I use these tactics for job interviews:
1. If u wear contacts or glasses, take them out so that your vision is blurry or just blur your eyes
2. hold your breath but not too much
3. get over it, suck it up, say hi and make a genuine compliment. girls like real and unique compliments

You have to keep doing it. The more you talk to girls, the better you will get at it. Do not turn to drink or drugs to get courage, simply practice, practice, practice. Trust me, one day you will turn a corner and will be great at it.

Get a spiderman suit. Works for me. But really, have confidence and believe in yourself. Keep the conversation about something you know.
