a killer hero!!?

Question

for those who thinks the american army r heros because they went to iraq and killed inoccent ppl,have u ever looked for the real meanin of a hero?i thought hero is a person who tries to protect somethin/someone he loves for example if the american army was in thier country fightin against bombers than that's a hero but not goin all the way to iraq and kill inoccent ppl and we still call them heros
and the same wiv bin laden i think if he wanted to be a hero he could go and fight in pals atleast it's a muslim country not go all the way to usa and kill inoccent ppl
who agrees in what am sayin?those who disagree plz tell me why?

well your going to get ton's of disagrees on this one but i will tell you why see the soldiers job is to do as they are told and in doing so defend freedom which fits your def. of a hero because it is a something and if they are told to go to war with "Innocent" ppl then they will and they are still hero's because they are still doing there job it is NOT the job of a soldier to ? his orders because this can cause death and harm to him and or the ppl around him just because you or i don't agree with there over all mission we should still support them for doing there jobs because if we don't the next time we DO agree with there mission there may not be any soldiers left willing to fight for a country of ungrateful ppl. PS i don't agree with being in Iraq i mean there is no REAL reason for us to be three BUT i do support all of my friends and family who are there or have been there fighting....and i do regard them as hero's because they are there day in day out doing a relatively thankless job for VERY low pay for a country full of ppl like yourself who can't see past there dislike of the current admin and/or there policy and see that the fighting men are just doing there jobs which is really amazing if you think about it especially since even many of them don't really agree with what they are there for.
