Actually she's not my girlfriend anymore, but I'm so used to calling her my girlfriend, that the word "ex" sounds so weird. I love her too much and I feel like the world is falling apart. I want to die right now. What can I do to make me feel better? What if my girlfriend and my father get married and have kids together? Then she would be my step mother! I would've slept with my step mother!
What should I do?

you must go-neither of these people have any respect for your feelings. even if in the unlikely event of you and your former girlfriend getting back together things could never be the same again between you. you can always take consolation in the fact that your former father (because this is what he is-no true father would ever do to his son what yours has done to you) will be forever suspicious of anyone your former girlfriend talks to who is younger than him-he will always be paranoid that a younger model will come along and this kind of paranoia has been known to send men crazy!!-go find yourself a nice girl sit back and watch from a distance with relish.

You know, in my personal opinion, if she's moving onto your father, maybe she's seeking a piece of you, matter of speaking. Meaning, she's said she's moved on, but she hasn't if you catch my drift? Like, more subconsciously for her. I think that if she does this, then she's not the one for you. Yes, it is painful; I have no place to say it wouldn't be. But really, you need to keep telling yourself "I can do better than this". Worst case, attempt to talk it out, (without menitioning the subconcsious bit), and if it doesn't work, at least you have some satifisfaction knowing you attempted to work it out.
And, really, you can do better. Don't beat yourself up because a woman kicked you to the curb, and moved on to someone remotely like you.

Actually this should have p***ed you off so much that you got over her as soon as you found out. This should have given you the creeps, I mean it is your father !
Thank all the deities that she exposed her true self before you were married , then put as much distance between you and them as you can, and the sooner the better.
Good luck, you will meet someone whose not a loser now !

Your father must live in the trailer park and affiliated with the minute men.....Damn...I saw this story in an episode of Cops where a guy's wife and mother were going at it and he caught them....The guy got stabbed in the hand...I forgot what happened..I think his wife and mother are still together....GROSS...YUCK...MOVE ON...
