I think it's a beautiful religion that teaches personal moral responsiblity, to love the universe, the deities, and each other fully and completely, to be proper caretakers of the world.
Just like all groups of people though, some are complete jerks. Still, it's been my experience that given 100 wiccans and 100 people randomly selected from the total population, the wiccans will show higher levels of psychological health, happiness, contentment, and interpersonal respect.

Well, I practice it. I am not Wiccan but my beliefs do have Wiccan influence. All that I have met are good people but there are a few bad apples just like every other religion.
Sandy - We don't have a dark lord.....We believe you are responsible for your own actions and that a person should accept the consequences of those actions be it bad or good. We do not have a "good" god and a "bad" god. The Christian Satan has no hold over us because he does not exist.

Even tho I do not believe in witch craft, I have heard people who claim to be Wiccans, say that they are all about nature and the power that they draw from that. I can't say for sure, just repeating what they have told me.

well, according to the book of Enoch, yes it was removed, but it is qouted a few times in the new testament......Azazel lead 200 down to earth, where they had relations with women and giants were born. The angels taught them how to use herbs, enchantments, astrology, etc.....to manipulate their world. Those angels were damned. So, I believe that wiccan craft is true, but it could be descending from the knowledge of angels we were not supposed to have.

I honestly don't think half of them research their own religion. I've only met one person out of nearly fifty pagans I know who actually looked into the history of wicca and his religous choice.

By and large Wiccans are people who are practicing what they think is a white art but who are inadvertently opening themselves up to the overwhelming influence of the dark lord.

I think it's perfectly safe & is done with a pure heart. Wicca is all about the good light & appreciation for all that is here. :)

It's an interesting theory. I don't believe in it, but I don't believe in much of anything.
