and im 42 weeks does that mean ill have a bigger baby then if i had her at 38 weeks

Midwives let you go a long time. My medical chart with my son actually says 43 weeks 2 days!!!! Yes, he was large, but it can be done. Good luck!!

normal pregnancy is 38-42 week. so if u r still in 39 weeks its OK. Yes, the longer the pregnancy the bigger the baby is. (cuz u know they grow inside you). But if u passed the 42 weeks the baby might be to big that ur body can not nourished ur daughter.
so u might need to induce labor or c-section. good luck

Let's put it like this: you're turkey will be fully cooked and ready to go! But usually they will induce you if the baby hasn't came by the due date. I know a girl that had her baby 2 weeks past her due date and she had to have a c section because her baby was like 11 pounds!! Girl I feeeeel for you.. hang in there.

tahey dont let you get to 42 weeks only 12 days over 40 weeks and yes your babes will be a bit bigger xx

Yes it can. As long as they're in there, they're going to keep growing. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about being induced. If the baby gets too big they might make you have a c-section. Congrats on your little one and God bless.

Yes, I had my second baby at 41.5 weeks and he was 11lbs 1oz, my third one was 40.5 weeks and weighed 8lbs10oz.
