I don't know if the Bible is against it, but the law might have something to say if you are first cousins. First cousins are often prohibited from marrying because they are too close genetically (inbreeding is not a pretty picture, nor is it healthy), although some people argue otherwise. It's safer the farther removed you are genetically.
Actually, check Leviticus. I remember a whole section about how a man shouldn't have sex with various female relations, not sure if cousin was listed in there. Ask your pastor/priest to be sure.

Well people.. not really. bare with me. If his sister were to have married someone... Then most people on that other side would become his aunts, uncles, and cousins.... So if that is the case, then it wouldn't be so bad... becasue if it wasn't for his sister marrying the other guy from the other family, then the person that he likes would not be his cousin...
If that is the case....
So in other words, blood cousin-EWWWWWW
