These are really small, the size of ping pong ball. This is the first time I had these, Very dselicious and my family loves it. I am otherwise not an apple person. These were a little expensive but worth it.

Yes, I have a tree in the backyard.....they are very sour tasting! Rather TART! They aren't as big as a ping pong ball---a little smaller. The birds and squirrels eat them, I don't. But the flowers on the tree in May are pretty pink colored which I enjoy.

I made crab-apple jelly and applesauce a number of many years in the past. The bag of crab-apples have been given to me, they have been picked by skill of somebody who mentioned they might in basic terms circulate to waste, and it replaced into from a tree on campus which generally culmination in June (they're small apples and don't have an prolonged transforming into season). the final i can undergo in concepts I in basic terms used cinnamon and sugar and fruit to make the applesauce and used the peels and sugar to make the jelly. The applesauce replaced into of course pink, tart sufficient to have a great style.
