She sounds adorable!! Do you love her enough to get her spayed? Spayed females liive an everage of 50% longer!
I was in the same situation...I have an adorable mix...just the best little mutt ever! All of my friends and family were wanting me to get her bred to a suitable male, so they could have a puppy like her..and I have to admit it was tempting! You would have to meet her to know how special she is...but, I finally decided that I just loved her too much to put her through the unnecessary danger..(yes, dogs do die during whelping! As an experienced breeder, I have lost a wonderful dog while it was giving birth) ) for the benefit of friends and family...and had her spayed...I have never been happier about a decision...Now, I know she will live longer, and healthier, and she is the one of a kind that is mine!

Sorry but not reputable or responsible breeder will book you female into their male unless (1) she is a registered purebreed (AKC only or Canada or the UK) (2) she has her Championship and (3) she passed all the extensive health screening tests for hereditary conditons (and this is far more than a checkup at the vet)
They will NEVER EVER breed their dog to a mixed beed anything.
Why don't you adopt a friend for her from a breed rescue?
GO here to look at the breeds
http://www.akc.org/breeds/index.cfm?nav_area=breeds
GO here to find the rescue for those breeds

She CAN DIE in labor or from nursing. It happens far far more than most pet owners realize.
She can have trouble delivering - these tiny breeds do most of the time - and need an emergency Caesearian at $1200 or more.
She can get an infection during breeding, develope an uterine infection called pyometra and need an emergency surgery spay to save her life. (Been there, paid for that and it happened with carefull selected show dogs and top qualtiy reprodcutive care.)

I AM a dog lover. Being a dog lover I do all I can to help dogs. That means that I discourage irresponsible breeding like you are speaking about. Why the hell would you want to breed a super mutt like you have? Please don't. There are already enough unwanted dogs in this world.
I know because I volunteer at an animal shelter and see dogs put down EVERY DAY because there are not enough homes for them.
I also volunteer for a dog rescue and foster dogs until we can find a "forever home" for them.
Just think....if your dog had 8 puppies you would have to find homes for them all. What if those people adopted a dog instead of getting one of your puppies? There would be that many LESS homeless dogs out there. Dogs that may make WONDERFUL companions if given the chance.
Please DON'T breed "just because".
See this article on why breeding can be risky business.

Always be positive when training a puppy/dog. Never scold except the occasional "no". You don't want to make the kennel the time out. You want it to be her secure place to go when it's bed time or when you need her to be in there. Sit on the floor about 5 or 6 feet away and in a friendly voice call her over. I don't think this deserves a treat. Place her in again, tell her how good she is and then close the door for just a few minutes, then open it and let her out. This time give her a treat. Remember keep it positive, she is just a baby.

You have a mixed-breed dog. There are to many dogs, pure and mixed, that need homes right now.
Please do not breed her. Only dogs with the best temperments, close to breed standards (which there are none for mixes), and good blood lines should be bred.
By breeding her, you are just adding to the already over populatoin of dogs and cats that get killed every day.

If you love her don't put her through the pain and risk losing her by breeding her. She sounds wonderful and I can't imagine if she had a bad presentation and you couldn't find a vet on time to help save her life. That would be horrible!

If you want mutt babies contact your local shelters and rescues. Im sure they can find you a pregnant mutt that is going to die. Foster her and see what its really like to have babies and find homes.
Please spay and neuter. I just adopted out little terrier puppies and have spayed mom and she is now looking for her forever home. Don't breed or buy while shelter animals die. Haven't you ever heard that please listen.

Why do you want her to have puppies? It's a lot of work, and if you can't find homes for your puppies, it'll be more unwanted dogs around.
The dogs obviously aren't purebreds......I don't get it.
