Maybe the skirt thing. I'm sure there are plenty of women like your description, but maybe it you drop the skirt thing, you'll stand a better chance of finding a girl.
And think about it this way, will you wear a suit all the time? If not, maybe you should lower your standards a little.

You're not looking for a girl, you're looking to fulfill a fantasy. No one is ever going to live up to your expectations 24/7. Period. I think you should get over your issues of control and focus on what's most important. If you want a girl who shares your views on religion, fine. But to demand or expect that she won't wear makeup and only wears skirts is childish at best and controlling (bordering on abusive) at worst. You shouldn't be in a relationship.

Sounds like you need to seek out a girl that is of the Pentecostal faith. What you described is part of their religion - no pants, no make up and some won't even wear jewelry, including wedding rings. Why are you so hung up on the outward appearance? Shouldn't you be more concerned about what is in her heart?
