My body aches all over and has been doing this from time to time for about 2 or 3 months now. It feels like the flu with none of the other flu symptoms. Sometimes there is a low grade fever, but thats very seldom. can anyone help?

I am a 39 yr old woman, it does it even when I don't have my period and I don't or have never done drugs other than what was prescribed by a physician.

This could be any number of things and asking a question like this, on this forum, will get you every disease known to man. If you're a hypochondriac, you'll be dying of cancer by dinnertime.

One suggestion is mild depression. They are discovering that depression has physical side effects such as muscle pain.

It's easy to diagnose. If you feel better when you open those drapes and get outside then don't stress, you're normal. Use aromatherapy, (simmer cloves, cinnamon, ginger and orange rinds on the stove) get mild exercise (even if that means jogging in front of the TV), and air out your house, we all need oxygen.

I don't have diagnosis, but my recommendation is to go to a good doctor. Lots of things could cause the aching such as new exercises, the flue and other things. Good luck. Pops

I hate to ask the obvious, but it could be a pre-menstrual thing. I can't tell by tour screen name if you're a man or woman.
