Energy and Light, I assume. But, nobody really knows for sure.

No Form. If someone tells you that you are in good spirit that means he sees in your face a happy feeling and if he tells you you look sad then it shows in your face that sad look. God has no form but every word He puts in someones mouth becomes the spirit that your mind conceives. The reason why He has no form is because He is in everything He created. There is no form to see in Him but there is the recognition that you see in everything such as what is good and right in it. His likeness and Image that He created man from is His righteousness and goodness in man. You see the spirit of evil on wicked man.

God can appear in whatever form he wishes. if we had a few million years an infinite number of words we could discuss it fully. You are a hueman being,Spirit,a being of light, unconditional love, your purpose is being. You are not the body, you are the life that animates the body.you lived before you had this body and you will live after it is gone. in this environment you must wear a space suit,it is called a body. spirit is but conscious life outside of body, this statement is Grossly inadaquite but I believe it answers your question. Muslim does not believe God has any "form" that our senses "define" ... He does exist, but His 'form' is like an essence that we (Creations) do not 'dictate"

excerpt from http://www.naqshbandi.net/haqqani/sufi/Allah_attributes.html

God is not a body possessing form, nor a substance restricted and limited: He does not resemble other bodies either in limitation or in accepting division.

He is not a substance and substances do not reside in Him; He is not a quality of substance, nor does a quality of substance occur in Him.

Rather, He resembles no existent and no existent resembles Him. Nothing is like Him and He is not like anything. Measure does not bind Him and boundaries do not contain Him. Directions do not surround Him and neither the earth nor the Heavens are on different sides of Him.

Truly, He is controlling the Throne in the manner in which He said and in the sense in which He willed - in a state of transcendence that is removed from parallel and touch, residence, fixity of location, stability, envelopment, and movement.

The Throne does not support Him, but the Throne and those who carry it are supported by the Subtleness of His Power and are constrained by His Firmness. He is above the Throne and Heavens and above everything to the limits of the earth with an aboveness which does not bring Him nearer to the Throne and the Heavens, just as it does not make Him further from the earth.

Rather, He is Highly Exalted above the Throne and the Heavens, just as He is Highly Exalted above the earth. Nevertheless, He is near to every entity and is "nearer to the worshipper than his jugular vein" and He witnesses everything since His nearness does not resemble the nearness of bodies, just as His Essence does not resemble the essence of bodies.

It is my belief that spirit form can not be seen. It is like the soul. The spirit my at times enter another entity or be reincarnated, but you would never be able to visualize the spirit.

Spirits are in the form that they will take or have taken in mortality. They can be male or female and have the identical characteristics that you would expect them to have on earth in bodily form.

It's just that spirits are of more finite matter.

Can't see it...kinda like the wind. You just see the effects of it. I have seen the effects of maligned spirits. In a 3rd world country, I was doing charity work, surrounded by a group of happy people, then as if one, they turned to hateful, knife and club swinging people....I actually had to run for my life, from this spiritual movement.

Does fragrance have any form? NO
Likewise God don't have any form. You can feel His existence if you are capable enough or should I say if He have had His blessings on you. I personally don't think you can see Him in some form or body.
